What is a CRM?

As a business owner, you know how important it is to both obtain and retain a customer. As your business grows, it'll become harder and harder to provide individual customer support or maintain data on your own.

CRM - Customer relationship management  is a technology for managing all your company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers.

Organization. CRM allows businesses to become more efficient by organizing and automating certain aspects of the business. From sales processes to marketing campaigns and business analytics as well as customer data, CRM automates and streamlines these processes for businesses.
Benefits Of A CRM
CRM benefits a company in a variety of ways. While the benefits vary by department or industry, six benefits of CRM platforms that affect every user include:
⦁    Trustworthy reporting
⦁    Dashboards that visually showcase data
⦁    Improved messaging with automation
⦁    Proactive service
⦁    Efficiency enhanced by automation
⦁    Simplified collaboration
The software keeps all the information a company needs in one place.
⦁    Data
⦁    Notes
⦁    Metrics
⦁    Documents
⦁    Contact Information
⦁    Records

The list of cloud based CRMs that are available are endless, you can google CRM and you will be able to compare prices and features and choose the one you think will work best for you.

There are a few free CRM available, but with limitations it is not until you upgrade to a paid subscription before all of the benefits are available to you. Hubspot is one free one that I use for clients that just wants something simple right now.

Even though CRMs are quite helpful and useful, the hardest part is actually getting it all set up and ready for use, from importing the hundreds of contacts you have, to getting your email interateged into the CRM to getting your workflow automated and more.

If you have been thing about getting your CRM set up, but don't have the time. Delegate this task.
